This recipe was really just a happy accident.
I normally make a smoothie in the morning after breakfast and take it with me and drink it on my way to class.
The other day I decided the try something a little different.
Introducing the lemon-less “Pink Lemonade” smoothie!
What you’ll need:
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1 tbsp coconut sugar
Add mango and banana to blender
Add enough water to just cover the mango and banana.
Add coconut sugar and cranberries
Blend on high for about 1-2 minutes (the cranberries can take a while to fully blend).
The cranberries add a nice tartness that tastes like lemonade almost. That’s why I gave it that name.
