So today, for my snack, I had some yogurt…
But I also had some granola with rice milk and a green bell pepper. During this transitional period, since I had previously purchased a lot of food, I don’t want to be wasteful. But, the frozen chicken in my freezer is going to be given away. I can bare to eat some animal products for now, but definitely not meat.
It would be a different story if I hadn’t just purchased yogurt, cottage cheese, peanut butter with honey, etc. I’m going to eat most of what I had previously purchased, with the exception of the meat. I’m living on a tight budget and can’t afford to just throw everything out.
